Eparchial Pastoral Council
The Eparchial Pastoral council is a basic structure of government that assembles all persons involved in the pastoral life of all parishes in the Eparchy. It is headed by the Bishop himself, and composed of all parish priests plus two delegates from each parish of 300 to 1000 members and three delegates of each parish whose members are over 1000.
The Eparchial Pastoral council meets once a year for three purposes:
- Make sure all parishes and parish councils follow the eparchial vision and strategic plan (Evaluation);
- Follow on the progress and achievements made within the Eparchy throughout each year (Appreciation).
- Share and exchange experience conducive to further pastoral learning (Renewal).
